Regulations are in the FINAL STAGE of public comment and will close on Sunday, July 30, 2023. This is your last chance to HAVE YOUR VOICE HEARD before they become the NEW RULES.

The NYSF Share Your Voice initiative helps individuals and communities throughout New York provide input to the regulatory framework. If we get enough people standing up for social and economic equity, the environment, legacy, and small businesses, we might be able to keep cannabis out of the hands of the corporations. Please join us in asking the State to protect NY small businesses by leveling the playing field for equity/legacy owned, small-scale. low carbon foot print operations. Read the NYSF comments.
