2024 Farmers Forum, Product Showcase, and Cup
There are 100s of new licenses for micros, cultivators, processors and retailers that will be allotted over the next few months. This is a great time to pull the industry together for introductions, networking, and to view the latest flower and products.
Budtenders and dispensary staff and owners are eligible to be judges in the Cup.
The first half of the day is dedicated to farmer education and all in the industry are welcome to attend. The second half of the day 4pm – 8pm will be dedicated to the Product Showcase. Retailers can view farmer’s product and flower and make connections in an intimate setting of only the industry community. Industry members from across the State will be in attendance.
Between the morning and afternoon events, there will be a flower grading workshop for attendees. Guests will be grading the entry of flower to the Cup. The Cup is a friendly competition among the farmers for flower and hash only. DUE TO MULTIPLE REQUESTS, WE ARE ADDING A LEGACY CATEGORY FOR THE CUP! So, it’s on! :-)

4pm - 8pm: The Flower and Product Showcase This is an intimate gathering of NY industry cultivators and retailers only. Come gather in community. make connections to last a life time, and taste NY grown flower.

LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS:
It is legal to share cannabis within the possession limits (or give it away) to someone 21 or older.
It is illegal to trade, barter or “gift”cannabis to someone in exchange for something else. This includes “gifting” cannabis while selling something in exchange for something else (like a t-shirt or a sticker).
It is legal to smoke or vape cannabis in most places where you can smoke or vape tobacco like a private home or back yard.
Cannabis cannot be consumed indoors, in most public spaces or within 25 feet of building entrances.
NYS Clean Indoor Air Act states:
Smoking and vaping are allowed in restaurants, bars, hotel and motel conference rooms, catering halls, convention halls and other similar establishments ONLY when the enclosed areas are being used for the sole purpose of inviting the public to sample products or electronic cigarettes and serving food and drink is incidental to such purpose.
